DAY CLASSES: Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - unless otherwise noted
January 12 to February 2, 2024
EVENING CLASSES: Monday & Wednesday 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm - February 26 to May 6, 2024.
EVENING CLASSES: Monday & Wednesday 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm - May 13 to July 25, 2024.

** Google Meet Links will be emailed to registrants the Friday before ONLINE classes start.
Our Daytime program runs Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for two consecutive weeks. We offer one daytime course each month, the second and third weeks of the month.
Our Evening program runs two evenings each week (Monday & Wednesday) from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM for approximately 10 weeks.
Eligibility Requirements to Obtain a License:
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Legally residing in the US
Of good moral character
If you have a criminal record, the NJ Real Estate Commission may decide on your ability to be licensed AFTER you have passed the licensing exam. The determination is made on a case-by-case basis.
After successfully completing the course and passing the examination the applicant must apply for a license through a sponsoring real estate broker. In addition, the Commission must be satisfied as to the applicant's honesty, trustworthiness, character and integrity.
If you commit to putting in the time and effort to attend this course, we will get you through it. Since our teachers are full-time instructors, we’re available to help our students before and after class. We even allow graduates to sit in on classes again to “refresh,” free of charge, for up to two years whenever we have a seat available in any of our daytime or evening classes. We will do whatever it takes to get you to your goal because we are committed to YOU and your success in real estate!
