Course Descriptions

3-Hour Exam Review Class
Our Exam Review Class will prepare students to take the New Jersey Pre-License Exam by reviewing and quizzing students on the law and general real estate terms.

75-Hour Sales Class
Prerequisites: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years of age, and have proof of good moral character. Also, candidates must be a legal resident of the United States.
Description: Satisfies state 75-hour licensing requirement and prepares candidates for the state exam. Covers all topics on the state exam including agency, contracts, title, methods of ownership, appraisals, licensing laws, and discrimination.

150 Hour Broker’s Class
Prerequisites: NJ Sales license and 3 years of full-time work experience.
Description: Satisfies 150-hour licensing requirements for brokers and prepares candidates for the state exam. A more in-depth approach compared to the sales course, the broker’s course is split into 90 hours General, 30 hours Agency and Ethics, and 30 hours Office Management.
